In addition to our group fitness sessions, we also offer individual running fitness assessments, training plans and 1:1 coached sessions. Our training plans and 1:1 coached sessions are customised and tailored to meet YOUR individual requirements whether it is as a beginner, fitness, endurance or performance level runner. We cover for all distances from 5k to marathons with built-in coaching support. Our coaches have a huge range of experience, so if you want to start getting fitter or take on your first running event;  we can give you the  personal support, advice and training to help you achieve your fitness goals!

We also offer group training/activity sessions for schools, businesses, sports clubs and community groups, including  lunchtime/after work 'Fitness camps', 'After School Clubs' and 'Group Running Sessions' and can come to you to deliver the sessions.
