Our Sessions!

At Live2Run4Fun we believe that exercising should a fun, motivating and enjoyable experience to keep you motivated in improving your health, fitness and wellbeing. Our group fitness sessions include exercises that develop the basic movement skills of agility, balance and co-ordination and are suitable for all abilities from beginners to fitness, endurance and performance-level runners

Beginner Running Sessions (Couch to 2K & Couch to 5K)
Mondays & Wednesdays (from 7pm)

Running Academy
Wednesdays (from 7pm)

Our weekly hour-long group fitness classes and training programmes are delivered by experienced running coaches at a range of outdoor venues in the Basingstoke area; including Basingstoke War Memorial Park, Down Grange Sports Complex  and Stratton Park. There‚Äôs no joining fee and YOUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE!
